Dr. Geller is a Board-Certified Dermatologist in NJ and a Board-Certified Dermatopathologist. He is a Fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology, The American Society of Dermatopathology, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Certification is only given to those who display that they have achieved the required medical competence plus the high level of care and dedication needed to lead in this specialty. To Dr. Geller’s knowledge, he has been the only board-certified Dermatopathologist in northwestern New Jersey since 1993.

After growing up in Morristown, NJ, Dr. Geller served Dermatopathology Fellowships at New York University and at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, after graduating from Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School. He has expertise in all areas of skin disease and skin pathology and specializes in diagnosis and treatment of cancerous and precancerous lesions of the skin including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, malignant melanoma, atypical (dysplastic) moles, actinic (solar) keratoses, and cutaneous T cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoides).

Dr. Geller diagnoses biopsy slides prepared in the practice’s advanced histopathology laboratory. Two years of his training, at New York University and the Mayo Clinic, were dedicated exclusively to skin pathology and diagnosing a large number of rare conditions. He has made dozens of professional presentations and has publications in Dermatology and Dermatopathology. As a top Dermatologist in NJ, listed as such in the Consumers’ Research Council of America’s Guide to America’s Top Dermatologists, Dr. Geller has always excelled in his field.
